Job summary

Premier Pool Management, Inc. is seeking a full-time, experienced pool service technician to join our Maryland/Virginia/DC operations. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and ready to grow into leadership.

Responsibilities include assisting in daily Service Department operations, planning schedules, assigning tasks, and supervising projects such as pump, filtration, heater, plumbing, deck and plaster repairs. A valid driver’s license and good English are required.

Qualifications

Experience with pool repairs, renovations and construction, including troubleshooting and routine service.
Strong customer service and professionalism in communicating with clients, vendors and staff.
Ability to communicate in English, read diagrams and specifications, and follow instructions.
General understanding of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, masonry and concrete.
Knowledge of VA/MD/DC regulations.
Leadership potential and a can-do attitude.
Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Assist in daily operation of the Service Department; plan schedules, assign tasks, monitor progress.
Manage multiple projects: filtration, pump/motor installation, heater installation, plumbing, deck/patch repairs.
Identify and prepare recommended repair proposals.
Source and purchase materials and supplies within budget guidelines.
Maintain OSHA compliance and hazardous chemicals program.
Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, community organizations, and the public.
