Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Pool Service Technician (required).
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Knowledge of pool equipment, plumbing, and minor electrical systems.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Perform weekly pool maintenance, including vacuuming floors, steps, walls, tiles, and cleaning pump baskets.
• Test pool water and properly balance water chemistry.
• Perform pool start-ups, openings, closings, and pool schools.
• Diagnose, repair, and replace pool equipment (warranty experience a plus).
• Program Hayward OmniLogic systems and other controllers.
• Document pool conditions and repair needs clearly.
• Communicate professionally with customers and management.
