Waterscapes Pools & Spas, a Neal Communities company, is seeking an experienced Pool Designer & Sales professional to design custom pools, spas, and outdoor living spaces and guide clients from concept to contract. This role covers Lee and Collier Counties, including Fort Myers, FL, and offers a built-in pipeline of buyers and strong support to achieve sales targets.

You will collaborate with Marketing and permitting/purchasing teams to move projects efficiently, maintain CRM leads, and deliver

Qualifications

• Experience in pool and/or outdoor living space design and sales.
• Excellent consultative sales and closing skills.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design custom pools, spas, and outdoor living spaces using Pool Studio or Structure Studios.
• Lead compelling sales presentations and prepare contracts; assist with financing when needed.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, realtors, and construction managers.
