Job summary

Neal Communities of Southwest Florida, Inc. is seeking an experienced Pool Designer & Sales professional to design custom pools, spas, and outdoor living spaces and guide clients from concept to contract.

You’ll walk in with a built-in pipeline of new construction buyers already invested in their dream home, and you will close deals without cold calls. The role covers Lee and Collier Counties, with collaboration across Marketing, Permitting, and Purchasing to move projects forward efficiently

Qualifications

• Demonstrated pool and outdoor kitchen design and sales experience
• Proficiency with Pool Studio or Structure Studios design software
• Excellent consultative sales and relationship-building skills
• High school diploma; bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing preferred

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to design custom pools, spas, and outdoor spaces using design software
• Lead compelling sales presentations, prepare contracts, and assist with financing options
• Qualify leads, manage CRM pipeline, and meet sales targets
• Collaborate with marketing and permitting teams to move projects forward efficiently
