Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of personal injury matters from intake through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery demands/responses.
• Conduct depositions and represent clients at mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
• Communicate directly with clients to provide case updates and guidance.
• Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers and opposing counsel.
• Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to ensure efficient case management.
