Job summary

First Horizon Bank is seeking a Physical Security Investigator to identify, document, and resolve physical security incidents across our footprint. You will work with local, state, and federal law enforcement, conduct branch risk assessments, and support security projects and crisis response.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree, 7–10 years of experience, and ASIS certification. The role requires on-call availability and collaboration with Corporate Security to maintain high security

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in physical security.
• Bachelor (4-year college) degree.
• ASIS (PCI, APP, PSP) certification.

Responsibilities

• Investigate internal and external physical security incidents and document case files.
• Liaise with local, state, and federal law enforcement to file reports and follow up on investigations.
• Assist in branch site risk assessments and security projects.
• Support disaster recovery planning and crisis response.
• Provide periodic security training to branch and market personnel.

Education

Bachelor (4-year college) degree

ASIS (PCI, APP, PSP) certification

7-10 years of experience
