About The Role

Every day, the donors you meet will motivate you. The high-quality plasma you collect will become life-changing medicines. Here, a commitment to customer service and quality is expected. You will report to the Plasma Center Manager and will perform as a plasma donor screener and perform phlebotomy to support plasma center operations.

How You Will Contribute

• Answer phones, greet donors, and ensure the safety of donors and staff.
• Screen donors, record vital signs, and finger stick results.
• Use our Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, and maintain accurate records.
• Identify operational opportunities for improvement and implement changes using approved procedures.
• Work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, to support donors.

What You Bring To Takeda

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand or walk for entire shifts.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to bend, lean, crouch, and reach.
• Ability to lift up to 5 lbs., occasionally up to 32 lbs., rarely up to 50 lbs.
• Fine motor skills, depth perception, and hearing ability.
• Prolonged glove wear due to bloodborne pathogen exposure risk.
• Experience in customer or patient-facing roles is helpful.

Compensation and Benefits
