Employment Status: Full-Time (.75 or greater)
Hours per Pay Period: 1.00 = 80 hours every two weeks (Non-Exempt)
Starting Wage DOE: $19.68 - 24.60
The Lead Phlebotomist is a leader to the centralized Phlebotomy staff in the clinic and hospital settings. In this role, you will have the opportunity to grow your career in the laboratory, influence staff and leadership, participate in training, create work schedules, and assist with coverage. You will also keep your phlebotomy skills current by performing benchwork.
