Job summary

Lee Health’s Golisano Pediatric Specialties and Urgent Care in Naples seeks an experienced Medical Assistant for a float role. You will support pediatric specialties and urgent care with four 10-hour shifts per week, including weekdays and weekends.

A strong emphasis on injection experience and patient safety is required, with duties across multiple LPG and Hospital Outpatient locations. The role includes phlebotomy, labs, and charting, with a comprehensive benefits package and sign-on

Qualifications

• 3 years of MA experience within the last four years.
• Hands-on injection experience required.
• Availability to work Weekdays and weekends on a 4x10 schedule.
• Updated resume with employment dates clearly listed for relevant MA positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide an excellent patient experience in a team-based setting under physician or PA supervision.
• Perform phlebotomy and point-of-care testing; assist in minor procedures.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure patient safety and proper medication handling.
