Qualifications

• Three years of Medical Assistant experience in a physician's office or hospital outpatient department.
• Hands-on injection experience is required.
• CMA (AAMA), CCMA (NHA), or RMA (AMT) certification preferred.
• BLS certification required within the first 90 days of hire.
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Float coverage within the pediatric specialty department as needed.
• Provide patient care and support under physician/PA supervision.
• Assist with injections, venipuncture, and specimen collection.
• Maintain patient safety and confidentiality; ensure accurate documentation.
