Job summary

Lee Health in Lehigh Acres is seeking a Part-Time Medical Assistant (MA) for Pediatrics Primary Care to join a team delivering compassionate care to children and families. The role offers a weekday schedule with three shifts per week and one weekend shift at Page Field.

Compensation includes a pay range of $21.54 to $25.31 per hour, plus eligible sign-on and relocation incentives. Candidates must complete MA training or hold CMA/CCMA/RMA certification, and maintain BLS within 90 days.

Qualifications

• Completion of a Medical Assistant program or accredited post-secondary medical assisting program preparing for CMA/CCMA/RMA exam.
• Current CMA (AAMA), CCMA (NHA), or RMA (AMT) certification preferred.
• At least one year MA experience within the past four years (optional).
• BLS certification within 90 days of hire, if required for the position.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer experience in a team-based environment.
• Assist in medical practice under physician or physician assistant supervision.
• Perform phlebotomy, point-of-care testing, and assist in minor procedures.
• Process lab specimens and ensure proper operation of medical equipment.
