• Prepare, draft, format, and revise legal documents and correspondence under attorney supervision.
• Coordinate court filings, including electronic submissions to courts and agencies.
• Organize electronic and physical matter files and maintain documentation indexes.
• Track deadlines, maintain calendars, and coordinate meetings and closings.
• Research information requests and respond under attorney direction.
• Communicate professionally with clients, attorneys, and court personnel.
• Provide support including time entry, filing, and reception coverage as needed.
• Collaborate with colleagues to manage priorities and deadlines.
