Pearl Painters is seeking a full-time Skilled Painting Professional in the Portland area. On-site role with a focus on high-quality residential repainting, setting up, and executing scope per client standards.

The ideal candidate has 2–5+ years of hands-on experience, a valid driver’s license, and a proactive mindset. You’ll work with seasoned pros, receive training, and contribute to a respectful, professional team that values craftsmanship.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Smartphone with a data plan.
• Ability to work full-time in the Portland, Oregon metropolitan area.
• Ability to perform the physical demands of the job (including ladder work up to 40 ft)

• Set up the equipment and assess the scope on site.
• Paint walls, ceilings, and trim with proper tools and techniques.
• Maintain a tidy, safe, client-ready workspace throughout the project.
• Collaborate with the job site manager and mentor junior team members.

YOUR ROLE AS A SKILLED PAINTING PROFESSIONAL

As a Skilled Painting Professional, you arrive on site with a clear focus, setting up your equipment, assessing the scope, and getting to work with skill and efficiency. You paint walls, ceilings, and trim without supervision, using both hand tools and airless sprayers with confidence. Throughout the job, you monitor your production rate, troubleshoot any slowdowns, and maintain a tidy workspace that's both safe and client-ready. You share observations with the job site manager, help guide junior team members when needed, and represent the Pearl standard in every brushstroke.
