Qualifications

• Experience in painting and preparing surfaces.
• Ability to read and understand shop drawings.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and work in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces by scraping and filling cracks.
• Erect scaffolds, ladders, and safety barriers.
• Perform interior and exterior painting.
• Follow safety procedures and building codes.

Skills

4-7 years of experience

Good craftsman, able to perform quality finish work

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to read shop drawings
