Qualifications

• Experience – 3-5 years of Journeyman level experience.
• Must be able to read, comprehend, and follow safety procedures and instructions.
• Able to work at heights and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to prepare surfaces and apply coatings using spray gun, brush, or roller.

Responsibilities

• Reads work order and follows verbal instructions.
• Prepares surfaces to remove dirt, oil, grease, and old paint.
• Selects and mixes coating liquids per specifications.
• Erects scaffolding or uses ladder for elevated tasks.
• Applies paint to surfaces with spray gun, brush, or roller.
• Performs other duties as assigned and adheres to safety procedures.
