Job summary

Advocate Health’s St. Luke’s Milwaukee OR is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to support surgical teams in a high-volume environment. The RN will function as circulator, coordinate patient care, and ensure safety throughout the perioperative process.

This full-time position requires Wisconsin RN license, BLS, and 1-2 years OR experience. Schedule includes Monday–Friday, 8-hour days with call obligations; base pay range $38.20–$57.30 hourly, with opportunities for shift differentials.

Qualifications

• RN license issued by the state where practicing.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association.
• 1-2 years OR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide surgical patient care in the operating room.
• Collaborate with surgeons, residents, anesthesiologists and nurses.
• Perform circulator duties and ensure patient safety.
• Support weekend, holiday, and variable shifts, with call obligations.
