Job summary

DeNOVO Review is seeking an experienced optical sales professional in Florida to join our team. You will interact with customers, highlight frame options, and guide lens selections to meet individual needs.

The role requires accurate measurements, dispensing eyewear, and knowledge of premium lenses. Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred; candidates should be flexible to work at multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Experience in optical sales and customer service.
• Frame styling and lens selection experience.
• Knowledge of progressive, multifocal, and specialty lenses.
• Ability to take accurate measurements and dispense eyewear.
• Experience with vision insurance plans preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
• Reliable, organized and flexible to work at multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide optical sales and customer service to customers.
• Assist with frame styling and lens selection.
• Explain premium lens options to customers.
• Take accurate measurements and dispense eyewear.
• Work across multiple locations as needed.

Job description

Qualifications & Responsibilities:

• Previous optical experience is required
• Licensed or unlicensed opticians welcome
• Strong optical sales and customer service skills
• Experience with frame styling, lens selection, and premium lens options
• Knowledge of progressive, multifocal, and specialty lenses
• Ability to take accurate measurements and adjust and dispense eyewear
• Experience with vision insurance plans preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
• Reliable, organized, and flexible to work at multiple locations
