The role requires a minimum of five years of experience on large commercial HVAC equipment and competency in boilers, chillers, hot water systems, air handlers, and related building systems. Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED and universal EPA or CFC certification; technical HVAC training is highly desired.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years' experience with large commercial HVAC equipment.
• EPA or CFC universal certification required.
• High School Diploma or GED required; HVAC technical training preferred.
• Ability to operate and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Must be able to perform preventive and corrective maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on boilers, chillers, hot water systems, and air handlers.
• Repair and maintain VAV components and other HVAC equipment.
• Operate and maintain domestic water systems and related building systems.
• Respond to after-hours call-ins when required.
• Work schedule: Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm with limited after-hours.
