Job summary

NES Fircroft in Alaska is seeking an experienced maintenance professional to independently operate, inspect, diagnose, and repair production facilities and heavy machinery to ensure safe, reliable operation.

You will collaborate with Operations and other trades, perform preventive maintenance, support facility improvements, and uphold safety and regulatory training requirements in a dynamic oil & gas environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of oil & gas facility maintenance experience.
• Strong communication with Operations and other trades.
• Ability to identify and implement equipment performance improvements.
• Familiarity with regulatory training and OQ requirements.
• Commitment to safety and incident reporting.

Responsibilities

• Independently operate, inspect, diagnose, test, repair, and maintain production facilities and equipment.
• Collaborate with Operations personnel and trades to support maintenance activities.
• Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) to ensure reliability.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues while promoting safety.
• Escalate complex maintenance concerns to the Production Superintendent.
• Report spills, near-miss incidents, injuries and damage promptly.
• Maintain status updates to the Board Operator and Production Superintendent.
