Job summary

Arbor-Place-Assisted-Living in Rockville, MD seeks compassionate caregivers to provide hands-on support for residents with dementia and cognitive impairment. You will assist with ADLs, monitor changes, and respond calmly during night shifts, while maintaining safety and dignity.

What You'll Do

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in memory care, assisted living, skilled nursing, home care, or healthcare preferred


• Experience working with residents with dementia or cognitive impairment preferred


• CNA/GNA certification (helpful)


• Strong communication and teamwork skills


• Overnight shift experience

Qualifications

• Ability to assist residents with transfers, repositioning, ambulation, and mobility support


• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift (50lbs), and respond quickly throughout the shift


• Ability to perform essential caregiving responsibilities safely and consistently throughout overnight hours
