Job summary

EZ Title & Registration is hiring experienced Arizona MVD and Authorized Third Party professionals for full-time positions across our Valley locations. This role is for candidates with hands-on Arizona title, registration, driver license, or ATP processing experience and who can step into production with limited foundational training.

You will process title and registration transactions, assist customers, review documents and fees, and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

• Must have Arizona MVD/ATP experience and certification.
• Strong attention to detail and document review skills.
• Ability to work independently after training.
• Reliable attendance.
• Leadership background considered.

Responsibilities

• Process Arizona title and registration transactions accurately.
• Assist customers with driver license, identification card, permit, title, registration, and related MVD services.
• Review ownership documents, signatures, supporting records, fees, and transaction requirements before submission.
• Work with dealer and fleet transactions when assigned.
• Identify unusual or incomplete transactions and escalate as needed.
• Handle payments, balancing, transaction documentation, and required office controls.
• Maintain accurate customer records and protect personal and motor vehicle information.
• Work with customers professionally when transactions are complicated or documentation is incomplete.

What you’ll do

• Process Arizona title and registration transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Assist customers with driver license, identification card, permit, title, registration, and related MVD services based on certification and office assignment.
• Review ownership documents, signatures, supporting records, fees, and transaction requirements before submission.
• Work with dealer and fleet transactions when assigned.
• Identify unusual or incomplete transactions and use available MVD resources before escalating.
• Handle payments, balancing, transaction documentation, and required office controls.
• Maintain accurate customer records and protect personal and motor vehicle information.
• Work with customers professionally when transactions are complicated or documentation is incomplete.

What we’re looking for

• Current or recent Arizona MVD Authorized Third Party experience strongly preferred.
• RACF/MAX experience or prior Arizona MVD system access strongly preferred.
• Experience processing Arizona titles and registrations.
• Driver license, Level I inspection, dealer processing, bonded-title, or complex-title experience is a plus.
• Strong document-review skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable attendance and the ability to work independently after training.
• Comfortable learning updated procedures, internal systems, and policy changes.

Pay and schedule

Full-time. $18-$24 per hour. Pay is based on relevant Arizona MVD/ATP experience, certifications, and responsibilities. Schedule and work location vary based on current staffing needs.
