• Strong deposition, motion practice, negotiation, and courtroom skills.
• Experience working with medical experts and analyzing complex medical records.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and communication skills.
• Ability to independently manage complex cases while collaborating with a litigation team.
• Strong client-service skills and ability to explain complex legal/medical issues.
