Descriptive Summary:

The Medical Assistant role requires strong interpersonal skills, as MAs are expected to build relationships with the medical team, clients, and other departmental teams. The MA will play an active role in the sales process, including upselling and revenue generation. What's in it for me?

Key Performance Indicators:

• Achieve sales goals set by spa management

Core Functions:

• Greet and welcome clients
• Verify client medical history information
• Assist with treatments and procedures
• Explain treatment procedures to patients
• Prepare patients for examinations
• Assist providers during consultations
• Prepare and administer injections as directed by a physician or licensed provider
• Assist with sales of services and products
• Be knowledgeable about all products and procedures offered
• Obtain client before and after photos
