Job summary

Meijer Inc. is seeking a meat production team member to assist in daily cutting of fresh beef, pork, and grind. You will follow the production schedule to meet requirements for advertised fresh meat cuts and ensure accuracy in order writing.

Key responsibilities include organizing deliveries, maintaining inventory accuracy, and delivering friendly service to customers and teammates. Prior experience with meat handling, packaging, and safety procedures is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must understand weights and measures specific to meat processing.
• Follows safety and sanitation procedures as required by food safety standards.
• Experience in product presentation and packaging.
• Experience using Computer Assisted Ordering (CAO) applications.
• Current handjack/hilo forklift license.
• Experience with inventory control procedures.

Responsibilities
