Job summary

Stecker Machine Company is seeking a Manufacturing Production Operator to join our CNC-focused shop in Manitowoc, WI. You’ll work on shifts 2–5 with competitive pay and a premium for 2nd/3rd shifts, while enjoying a strong benefits package and a supportive, safety‑mocused environment.

8 hours × 5 days/week

OR

10 hours × 4 days/week

• 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift
• Weekend shift, 5am to 5pm on Fri, Sat, Sun
• Voluntary overtime
• 20-minute lunch break is paid! (which also shortens time at work by 30 minutes/shift)
• Shift premiums (+8% of pay) for 2nd and 3rd shift (for example, an employee making $25/hour gets $2.00/hour additional)

Position: Manufacturing Operator Shifts 2-5 Location: Manitowoc, WI

As a Stecker Machine CNC Operator, you'll be precisely machining cast metal parts, feeling a sense of accomplishment every shift, and enjoying an exciting, clean work environment. As a Manufacturing Production Operator , you will:

Shifts, pay and benefits

• Wages start at $20
• Openings on shifts 2-5
• Shift premium 8%
• Weekdays: Monday - Thursday
  • 2nd shift 3pm to 1am
  • 3rd shift 7pm - 6am, or Sunday to Thursday 10pm - 6am
• Weekends: Friday - Sunday, work 36 hours and get paid for 40 hours
  • 4th shift 5am - 5pm
  • 5th shift 5pm - 5am
