Qualifications

• Valid Master Plumber License required.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with insurability through company insurance.
• Ability to pass drug screenings and national background check.
• Extensive knowledge of residential plumbing systems, codes and practices.
• Proven leadership experience in residential plumbing service/installation.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift over 75 lbs and work in varying weather.
• Must live within 45 minutes of Lansing.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service with clear, professional communication.
• Diagnose, repair, and install residential plumbing systems with high technical expertise.
• Ensure all work complies with local/state codes, safety regs, and company standards.
• Troubleshoot complex plumbing issues and provide long-term solutions.
• Lead and mentor apprentices and junior plumbers with training and guidance.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites.
• Promote efficiency, quality workmanship, and team accountability.
• Inspect completed work for customer satisfaction and code compliance.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles in good condition.
• Collaborate with office staff and field teams to ensure on-schedule completion.
• Represent the company with professionalism and a positive attitude.
• Follow all safety procedures and promote workplace safety.
