Job summary

Yale New Haven Health is seeking a dedicated wellness practitioner to support the Serenity Station program, delivering chair massage, Reiki energy sessions, and mindfulness practice to staff across Connecticut. You will assess client health histories, tailor treatments, observe responses, and refer participants to internal wellbeing resources, ensuring evidence-based, compassionate care.

The role requires CT licensure as a Massage Therapist, Reiki certification (Level 2 or Master), and

Qualifications

• Licensed Massage Therapist with CT licensure and spa training.
• Minimum 5 years massage experience.
• Minimum 2 years Reiki experience.
• Minimum 1 year mindfulness/guided meditation experience.
• Formal MHFA or QPR training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide chair massage services to employees to facilitate relaxation.
• Conduct Reiki sessions to promote energy balance and resilience.
• Lead mindfulness exercises and guided meditation tailored to individuals.
• Collaborate with internal wellbeing resources and refer staff as needed.
• May assist Serenity Station administrative duties.
