Qualifications

• A current Connecticut Massage Therapist license is required.
• Graduation from an accredited massage-therapy program.
• Completion of applicable education and clinical requirements.
• Relevant spa/wellness experience.
• Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, contraindications and modalities.
• Excellent consultation, communication and guest-service skills.
• Commitment to ethics, privacy and guest confidentiality.
• Ability to adapt treatments to individual guest needs.
• A genuine passion for wellness and guest care.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Conduct thoughtful consultations to understand goals and needs.
• Personalize treatments safely within scope.
• Deliver massages per established protocols and standards.
• Maintain guest privacy and confidentiality.
• Prepare, clean and reset treatment rooms between appointments.
• Document consultations, treatments and billing accurately.
• Collaborate with spa team to ensure seamless guest journey.
