Axia Care Center in Orange, NJ seeks an experienced maintenance worker for a temporary five-month assignment. The role includes painting, plastering, and general maintenance; pay is $18/hour, 30–40 hours weekly, 2:00 PM–10:00 PM shift; every other weekend required with one weekday off. Legally required benefits only.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in painting and surface prep.
• Experience with baseboard, ceiling, plastering and wall repairs.
• General construction and maintenance experience.

IMMEDIATE OPENING: EXPERIENCED MAINTENANCE WORKER — TEMPORARY

Axia Care Center

Temporary position for approximately five months.

• Pay: $18 per hour
• Hours: 30–40 hours per week
• Shift: 2:00 PM–10:00 PM
• Schedule: Every other weekend required, with one day off during the week.
• Benefits: No additional employer-sponsored benefits or other compensation. Legally required benefits will be provided.

Required experience:

• Painting and surface preparation
• Baseboard installation and repairs
• Ceiling installation and repairs
• Plastering and wall repairs
• General construction and maintenance

Prior hands-on experience in these duties is required. Only applicants with relevant experience will be considered for an interview.

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Employment eligibility will be verified through the Form I-9 process.
