Job summary

Oaks Integrated Care in Trenton, NJ is seeking a Building/Facility Maintenance Worker to join our Maintenance department. You will perform routine maintenance tasks and coordinate with supervisory staff to keep facilities safe and functional.

The role includes completing required documentation, maintaining tools, and pursuing opportunities for professional growth, including supervision toward licensure. We offer benefits such as medical and dental insurance, vision plan, and flexible spending

Qualifications

• Five years’ experience in the construction or home improvement industry preferred
• Basic carpentry, painting, plumbing, and electrical skills, some basic computer skills, trade or vocational training, RRP qualified, knowledge of building codes and OSHA training a plus
• Valid Driver's License in good standing
• All positions require a valid driver’s license in good standing and pre-employment drug screening
