Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking Maintenance Technicians for our Cullman, Alabama facility in the heart of the automotive corridor. This role focuses on preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and supporting the shift lead to keep presses and production equipment running reliably.

You will work Fri-Sun, 6:00pm–6:00am, with a salary between $58,240 and $79,040 per year. No degree required; two years of experience preferred; training provided for PM programs and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in mechanical maintenance in an industrial setting.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow manufacturer manuals.
• Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Follow written and verbal instructions from management.
• Multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Initiate orders to replenish materials when inventory is low.
• Study manuals and blueprints and follow directions when operating or setting up machinery.
• Participate and train techs in PM program.
• Follow Lockout/Tagout procedures.
• Maintain production equipment, forklifts, cranes, and utilities.
• Perform basic rigging using overhead crane.
