Jobot is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician in Leominster, MA for an on-site, permanent role. The technician will support daily production, maintain equipment, and minimize downtime across motors, conveyors, and systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Maintenance Technician in engineering or similar.
• Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance techniques.
• Proficient with a variety of hand and power tools.
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Excellent problem solving and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and respond to emergencies.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Degree or diploma in a relevant field preferred.
• Certifications in relevant areas are a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends/holidays if required.

Responsibilities

• Regularly inspect machinery and equipment to identify issues.
