Primary roles and responsibilities include:
Required Education/Experience: The successful candidate will have either an associates degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school orten or more yearsof related experience and/or training. MUST have a strong working knowledge of the related trades (plumbing, carpentry, electrical, HVAC). Preference will be given to applicants who have both 10+ years of experience and a degree.You must have a valid driver's license in order to be considered for this position.

Work schedule:Monday through Friday 7:30 - 4:00 PM (30-minute lunch break) with occasional on call responsibilities.
