Kendal at Hanover is seeking aGeneral Maintenance/Landscaperteam member to join our Facilities Team!

Primary roles and responsibilities include:

• Performing prescribed grounds maintenance tasks on a self-starting basis such as grass mowing, planting, installing signs, and other general maintenance repairs as required.
• Keeping roadways and walkways free of ice and snow.
• Performing project assignments and renovations.
• Performing work requests to building interiors/ exteriors such as woodwork, furnishings, finishes, hardware, and maintaining grounds.
• Supporting the operational needs of the facility as needed.

Pay Range: $25.00 - $29.00 per hour, dependent on experience (not including shift differentials).
