Robbins Property Associates is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team at one of our apartment communities in Florida. You will oversee service requests, inspections, preventative maintenance, and safety programs while delivering exceptional resident service and maintaining curb appeal.

The ideal candidate has strong HVAC and general maintenance knowledge, proven leadership, and prior apartment maintenance supervision experience.

• Participate in on-call rotation and emergency maintenance response.

Position Summary

Robbins Property Associates is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations for one of our apartment communities. This leadership role oversees the maintenance team, ensures exceptional resident service, and maintains the overall condition, safety, and appearance of the property.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and develop the maintenance team.
• Oversee service requests, apartment turns, inspections, and preventative maintenance.
• Manage inventory, expenses, vendors, and maintenance projects.
• Ensure compliance with company safety standards.
• Maintain strong curb appeal and community appearance.
• Participate in on-call rotation and emergency maintenance response.
• Complete service requests and apartment turns.
• Oversee safety and maintenance records.
• Perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC (Certification), appliance, and general maintenance repairs.
• Delivering exceptional customer service to residents.
