Robbins Property Associates is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our Central Place at Winter Park team. This full-time role focuses on completing service requests, preparing apartments for new residents, and keeping the community safe, attractive, and well-maintained.

HVAC certification is required and candidates should enjoy solving problems while delivering excellent resident service. The position includes on-call rotation and opportunities for career growth within a growing

Responsibilities

• Complete resident service requests and apartment turns
• Perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC (Certification), appliance, and general maintenance repairs
• Assist with preventative maintenance and property inspections
• Participate in on-call rotation for maintenance emergencies
• Support community appearance and curb appeal
• Deliver exceptional customer service to residents

Key Responsibilities
