Robbins Property Associates seeks a skilled Maintenance Technician to join the Circa at Fishhawk Ranch team in Lithia, FL. This full-time role handles service requests, prepares homes for new residents, and helps maintain a safe, attractive community.

HVAC certification is required, and candidates should have experience in apartment or general maintenance with a focus on excellent resident service and problem solving. On-call rotation and curb appeal support are included.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete resident service requests and apartment turns
• Perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC (Certification), appliance, and general maintenance repairs
