Robbins Property Associates seeks a skilled Maintenance Technician to join Circa at Fishhawk Ranch Apartments in Lithia, FL. HVAC certification is required, and you will handle service requests, apartment turns, and daily upkeep to keep the community safe, clean, and attractive for residents.

Typical duties include plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repairs, preventive maintenance, and participation in on-call rotations.

Robbins Property Associates is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our apartment community team. This position is responsible for completing service requests, preparing apartment homes for new residents, and helping maintain a safe, attractive, and well-maintained community.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete resident service requests and apartment turns
• Perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC (Certification), appliance, and general maintenance repairs
• Assist with preventative maintenance and property inspections
• Participate in on-call rotation for maintenance emergencies
• Support community appearance and curb appeal
• Deliver exceptional customer service to residents
