Howmet Aerospace is seeking an experienced Machinist for the Big Lake, MN area on day shift. You will set up and operate machining equipment to produce precision parts, interpret drawings, and ensure quality and safety standards are met.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years’ experience as a Machinist in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Plan materials and determine sequences of machining and assembly operations.
• Set up and operate machining equipment to manufacture precision parts.
• Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Follow processes to perform machining and assembly operations.
• Inspect completed parts using precision measuring tools.
• Complete production, inspection, and quality documentation accurately.
