Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years' machinist experience in manufacturing/production.
• US work authorization; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Plan materials and determine machining and assembly sequences.
• Set up and operate machining equipment to manufacture precision parts.
• Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Follow processes to perform machining and assembly operations.
• Fit, align, and assemble machined components into assemblies.
• Perform drilling, tapping, deburring, finishing.
• Inspect parts with precision measuring tools.
• Verify conformance to specifications and quality requirements.
• Complete production and quality documentation on time.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and inspection teams.
• Troubleshoot issues and drive process improvements.
• Mentor less-experienced machinists when needed.
• Maintain 5S--safe, clean, organized workspace.
