Newell Brands is seeking experienced Machine Operators for Sharpie Assembly in Maryville, TN. The role involves running high-speed automated assembly and printing lines to produce Sharpie, Expo, and Paper Mate pens and markers.

You’ll operate, monitor, and fine-tune equipment, perform quality checks, and participate in continuous improvement on a 12-hour shift. We offer a competitive pay range of $18-$20 per hour with a $2.50 night shift differential, along with training, advancement

Qualifikationen

• 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience operating automated assembly, printing, packaging, or similar high-speed manufacturing equipment.
• Experience with PLC-controlled equipment, MES Systems, HMIs, sensors, servos, or vision systems.
• Working knowledge of changeovers, line clearance, in-process quality checks, and basic troubleshooting.

Aufgaben

• Set up, operate, monitor and adjust automated assembly equipment and high-speed printing machines to meet production targets.
• Run multi-station assembly machines with feeders, bowl feeders, servo-driven stations, vision inspection systems and automated packaging.
• Set up and run high-speed printing equipment that decorates marker and pen barrels, including print engine setup, ink filling, and adjustments to print pads, lifters, and surface treatment.
