Reading Truck in Claremore, OK is seeking an Experienced Machine Operator to join our high-volume shop. You will run production lots, operate brake press, plasma table, or laser, and work in a safety-conscious environment while contributing to quality fabrication of commercial and fleet vehicle bodies.

This full-time role features a $1,500 sign-on bonus, a Monday-Thursday 4x10 schedule with overtime on Fridays, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for training and advancement.

Qualifications

• Experience with brake press, plasma, or laser equipment.
• Ability to read production specs and inspect machined parts.
• Willingness to wear PPE and follow safety procedures.
• Ability to perform drilling, tapping and sanding as needed and operate associated equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform machine shop operations
• Detect and report defective materials or questionable conditions to leadership
• Maintain work area and equipment in a clean orderly condition and follow prescribed safety precautions

Reading Truck is now seeking Machine Operatorsin Claremore. Get Paid to play with trucks!

Experience with Brake press, Plasma, or Laser. Our Machine Operators run production lots, communicate with team regarding runs, and maintain a safe environment. The cool thing about it... you get paid to play with trucks!

Mon-Thursday (4 days / 10 hour shift) with overtime as needed on Friday

The Nuts and Bolts:

• Perform machine shop operations
• Detect and report defective materials or questionable conditions to leadership
• Maintain work area and equipment in a clean orderly condition and follow prescribed safety precautions
• Must be able to perform, but not limited to, the following tasks: Drilling, tapping, and sanding, operating a Brake Press, Plasma Table, or Laser.
• Perform Quality inspections of machined products
• Complete and maintain paperwork
• Must be willing to wear company provided, require Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
