Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of the litigation process including discovery and trial support.
• Experience with document review and e-discovery platforms (Relativity preferred).
• Familiarity with local, state, and federal court filing systems (PACER/CM-ECF).
• Ability to manage large volumes of documents and exhibits.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Clear written and verbal communication with attorneys, clients, and court staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys in all phases of litigation from intake to resolution.
• Prepare, organize, and manage pleadings, discovery responses, subpoenas, exhibits, and production materials.
• Coordinate document production, including Bates labeling, redactions, and secure delivery to opposing counsel.
• Assist with trial preparation, including exhibit management and witness files.
• Maintain and organize electronic and physical case files in firm systems.
• Collaborate with litigation support teams on Relativity, hosting, archiving, and cost management.
• Track deadlines, filings, and compliance with court rules.
• Coordinate logistics for depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials.
• Communicate professionally with clients, courts, and opposing counsel.
• Assist with matter close-out and file transfers.
