Jones Walker in New Orleans is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support litigation attorneys across a wide range of matters. The role requires a highly organized professional who can independently manage complex cases from intake to resolution.

The ideal candidate will proactively take ownership of matters, anticipate attorney needs, and effectively manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of the litigation process including discovery, document management, and trial support.
• Experience with document review and e-discovery platforms (Relativity preferred).
• Familiarity with local, state, and federal court filing systems (PACER/CM-ECF).
• High organization, detail orientation, and ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys in all phases of litigation from intake to resolution.
• Prepare, organize, and manage pleadings, discovery responses, subpoenas, exhibits, and production materials.
• Coordinate document production, including Bates labeling, redactions, and secure delivery to opposing counsel.
