• Move cases forward by reviewing files and performing discovery tasks.
• Prepare draft legal documents and discovery requests.
• Maintain an expert database and research opposing counsel’s experts.
• Enter billable time using billing software and meet monthly targets.
• Travel to offsite locations for record collection or filing as needed.
