LHH is seeking a seasoned litigation paralegal to join our Fort Worth team, supporting a high-stakes commercial litigation practice from inception through trial. The role emphasizes accuracy, efficiency, and collaboration within a fast-paced, professional firm environment.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in law firm business litigation, strong discovery, e-filing, and trial prep experience, and proficiency with litigation support software and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of law firm business litigation paralegal experience.
• Experience supporting complex commercial litigation matters.
• Strong knowledge of discovery, e-filing, and court procedures.
• Experience with trial preparation and document management.

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys through all phases of complex commercial litigation.
• Manage case files, pleadings, discovery, and trial preparation.
• Draft and revise legal documents, correspondence, and court filings.
• Coordinate document production and large-scale e-discovery projects.
• Prepare deposition summaries, chronologies, and trial binders.
• Conduct factual and legal research.
• Maintain litigation calendars and track critical deadlines.
• Electronically file documents in state and federal courts.
• Communicate professionally with clients, courts, and opposing counsel.
• Assist attorneys during hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials.
