Beaches in Boca Raton, FL is seeking a dedicated Cook II to join our kitchen team. This full-time, on-site role requires preparing all menu items per standard recipes, maintaining sanitation, and assisting with daily requisitions.

You will read recipes, measure ingredients, and ensure product quality while working in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, 2–3 years of hotel/restaurant cooking experience, and basic math skills.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills for recipes, measurements, requisitions and portions.
• Knowledge of sanitation standards and proper kitchen hygiene.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English for requisitions and team coordination.
• Proficiency with kitchen equipment (stoves, ovens, broilers, steamers, kettles).

Responsibilities

• Prepare all food items according to standard recipes and guest checks.
• Ensure proper storage and rotation of food items; maintain cleanliness of refrigeration and work areas.
• Prepare daily requisitions for supplies and food items for production.
• Read and apply math skills to follow recipes.
