Reports to: Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef

What You'll Do

• Prepare and execute menu items at all kitchen stations
• Assist with breakfast, lunch, dinner, banquet, and special event service
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Work closely with the Executive Chef and Sous Chefs
• Contribute ideas for menu development and daily features
• Help create memorable dining experiences for our members and guests

What We're Looking For

• Culinary degree preferred
• Previous experience as a line cook in a restaurant, hotel, country club, or banquet facility
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume kitchen
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Creative, detail-oriented, and dependable
• Ability to remain calm and organized during busy service periods
• Food Safety Certification preferred

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds
