Job summary

Harry's Seafood Bar & Grille in Tallahassee is seeking a part-time Experienced Line Cook to join our kitchen team. You will prepare dishes according to Harry's standards, maintain a clean and organized station, and follow all safety and sanitation practices to ensure quality and guest satisfaction.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of food preparation experience, be able to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays, and demonstrate teamwork with a positive

We are currently seeking a full time Experienced Line Cook.

Major Responsibilities Include

• Prepare dishes and recipes according to Harry's standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area/station
• Follow all safety and sanitation practices
• Complete other duties as assigned by manager on duty

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of food preparation experience required
• Experience with quantity food preparation preferred
• General knowledge of cooking procedures, weights and measurements.
• Demonstrate cooking skills and ability to follow established menus and recipes
• Ability to work effectively within a team with a positive attitude.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to all company specs and quality standards.
• Demonstrating a high level of organization, cleanliness and a sense-of-urgency.
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work days, nights, weekends & holidays.
• Stable work history.
