Job summary

Harry's Seafood Bar & Grille in Lakeland, FL is seeking a part-time kitchen team member to prepare dishes and recipes to our standards. You will maintain a clean station, follow safety practices, and assist the manager as needed.

The ideal candidate has 1 year of food prep experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a collaborative, detail-oriented attitude. Flexible days, weekends and holidays are required; growth and training opportunities are available.

Major Responsibilities Include

• Prepare dishes and recipes according to Harry's standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area/station
• Follow all safety and sanitation practices
• Complete other duties as assigned by manager on duty

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of food preparation experience required
• Experience with quantity food preparation preferred
• General knowledge of cooking procedures, weights and measurements.
• Demonstrate cooking skills and ability to follow established menus and recipes
• Ability to work effectively within a team with a positive attitude.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to all company specs and quality standards.
• Demonstrating a high level of organization, cleanliness and a sense-of-urgency.
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work days, nights, weekends & holidays.
